To defeat it, you’ll need strategy, the right equipment, and skills acquired throughout your journey. In Hellbringer, your perception of enemies will be crucial. customize your hero

Beyond the randomness of cards and dice, your character’s progression relies on items, enchantments, companions, and skills. Learn and master new abilities to craft devastating strategic combos, no matter which class you choose.

perception-based combat

To spot an enemy before attacking, the player must have a perception equal to or higher than that of the adversary. Once detected, the enemy is placed on the board in the VISIBLE zone. However, each new dungeon location raises the perception requirement for all enemies in play, making your descent increasingly challenging.

power progression

Your growing strength will be felt from the very first enemies you defeat. Each victory makes your hero more formidable. This constant progression, along with the number of dice you roll during attacks, creates a satisfying sense of power and mastery.

all or nothing

Hit Points and Armor define the total damage required to eliminate a target. If your attack isn’t strong enough, the target survives. This system removes complex calculations, avoids memorizing each creature’s stats, and keeps gameplay fast and smooth.

total immersion

Dive into a 10-scenario campaign, presented in both text and audio narration, accompanied by an original soundtrack for full immersion in the demonic world.

loot & merchant expansion

Every enemy you defeat now drops loot! While exploring the dungeon, you’ll encounter portals leading to merchants where you can buy, sell, and trade items with other players, preparing your party before venturing further.

This expansion also introduces item sets!

quests & events expansion

Explore the dungeon in greater depth! At the start of each turn, you may discover a chest, a sacred shrine, an explosive barrel, a trap, an ambush, and many other Events!

This expansion adds side quests to further enhance your hero and introduces 8 new locations granting various bonuses to enemies, allowing you to shape your path through the dungeon.
